Terms of Service

1. Service Provider

These Terms of Service govern the use of the SkinFit Smart Mirror Software Subscription provided by SkinFit Inc.

By using or subscribing to the service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description

SkinFit Smart Mirror Software Subscription provides access to AI-powered cosmetic skin analysis software, customer report generation, product recommendation management, software updates, and related digital service features for SkinFit Smart Mirror devices.

This service is provided as a software and digital service subscription for business customers.

3. Hardware Exclusion

Hardware device costs are not included in this subscription.

The SkinFit Smart Mirror device purchase cost, shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, installation fees, repair costs, replacement costs, and on-site service fees are billed separately.

This subscription only covers software and digital service access.

4. Subscription and Billing

The service is billed on a monthly subscription basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Subscription fees are charged in advance for each billing period. Payments are processed by Paypal, our authorized payment and billing partner.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.

5. Cancellation

Customers may cancel their monthly subscription before the next billing cycle.

After cancellation, the service will remain available until the end of the current paid billing period. The subscription will not renew after the current billing period ends.

6. Refunds

Monthly subscription fees already charged are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or in case of duplicate charges, erroneous charges, or other cases approved by SkinFit Inc. or Paypal.

7. Non-Medical Cosmetic Use

SkinFit Smart Mirror and its software are intended for non-medical cosmetic skin analysis and skincare consultation support.

The service is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. The analysis results and recommendations are provided for cosmetic and skincare reference purposes only.

Customers are responsible for using the service in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in their location.

8. Account and Access

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities conducted through their account.

SkinFit Inc. may suspend or restrict access to the service if payment fails, if the service is misused, or if these Terms of Service are violated.

9. Software Updates and Service Changes

SkinFit Inc. may provide software updates, feature improvements, bug fixes, or service changes from time to time.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue certain service features when necessary for technical, operational, security, or business reasons.

10. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, content, trademarks, service names, logos, algorithms, reports, interfaces, and related materials provided through the service are owned by or licensed to SkinFit Inc.

Customers may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the software or service except as expressly permitted in writing by SkinFit Inc.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SkinFit Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the service.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, except as otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
