1. Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to the SkinFit Smart Mirror Software Subscription provided by SkinFit Inc.
The SkinFit Smart Mirror Software Subscription is a monthly software and digital service subscription for business customers using SkinFit Smart Mirror devices.
This subscription covers software and digital service access only. Hardware device costs, shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, installation fees, repair costs, replacement costs, and on-site service fees are billed separately and are not included in this subscription.
2. Monthly Subscription Billing
The service is billed on a monthly subscription basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Subscription fees are charged in advance for each billing period. Payments are processed by Paypal, our authorized payment and billing partner.
By subscribing to the service, the customer authorizes recurring monthly payments through Paypal until the subscription is cancelled.
3. Cancellation
Customers may cancel their monthly subscription before the next billing cycle.
After cancellation, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period. The subscription will not renew after the current billing period ends.
To request cancellation, customers may contact SkinFit Inc. or use the cancellation method provided through Paypal, if available.
4. Refunds
Monthly subscription fees already charged are generally non-refundable.
Refunds may be provided only in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment
- Erroneous charge
- Payment processing error
- Cases required by applicable law
- Other cases approved by SkinFit Inc. or Paypal
If a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the original payment method used for the transaction.
5. No Partial Refunds
Unless required by applicable law or separately approved by SkinFit Inc. or Paypal, SkinFit Inc. does not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period.
After cancellation, the customer may continue using the service until the end of the current paid billing period.
6. Failed Payments
If a recurring subscription payment fails, Paypal may retry the payment or notify the customer to update the payment method.
If payment is not completed, SkinFit Inc. may suspend or restrict access to the service until the payment issue is resolved.
7. Hardware and Other Costs
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies only to the SkinFit Smart Mirror Software Subscription.
Hardware device purchases, shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, installation fees, repair costs, replacement costs, and on-site service fees are subject to separate terms, quotations, invoices, or agreements.
8. Non-Medical Cosmetic Service
The SkinFit Smart Mirror Software Subscription is intended for non-medical cosmetic skin analysis and skincare consultation support.
Refunds will not be provided solely because the customer or end user disagrees with cosmetic skin analysis results, skincare reference information, or product recommendation results, unless required by applicable law or separately approved by SkinFit Inc. or Paypal.

To request cancellation or refund review, please contact us with the following information:
- Company name
- Contact person name
- Email address used for subscription
- Subscription or payment reference, if available
- Reason for cancellation or refund request
